We focus on understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions to drive business success.\nIn this role, you will:\nConfigure and optimize Azure DevOps pipelines to automate build test and release workflows improving deployment frequency stability and traceability across hybrid work arrangements.\nImplement infrastructure as code practices using Terraform and YAML to ensure consistent repeatable and auditable deployment of cloud resources across multiple environments.\nCoordinate with application data and security teams to translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into practical infrastructure designs that balance performance cost and risk.\nOptimize cloud resource utilization by analyzing usage patterns right sizing services and applying governance controls that reduce operational costs without compromising service quality.\nEstablish monitoring observability and alerting practices that provide proactive visibility into system health enabling timely resolution of incidents and reduction of service disruptions.\nGuide teams in adopting best practices for configuration management secrets management and environment segregation to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.\nConduct design and code reviews for infrastructure components to ensure adherence to security guidelines regulatory considerations and industry best practices relevant to financial services.\nDocument architecture decisions infrastructure diagrams and runbooks in a clear and structured manner so operations and engineering teams can support platforms effectively in day shifts.\nCollaborate with stakeholders from investment banking and brokerage functions when applicable to align infrastructure capabilities with domain specific requirements and regulatory expectations.\nPerform risk assessments on new infrastructure changes by evaluating potential impact on service continuity security posture and compliance obligations before implementation.\nContinuously evaluate emerging tools and practices in cloud automation AI operations and DevOps to propose improvements that enhance reliability speed and sustainability of infrastructure services.\nWhat you’ll need to succeed:\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Terraform.\nIn addition, the candidate should have practical experience and a good understanding of Unit, integration, regression, and security testing practices within the software delivery lifecycle.\n5 years of experience with Azure DevOps pipelines and release management, branching strategies (such as GitFlow, trunk-based development, or similar approaches), including how they are implemented and governed across teams.\nDORA metrics and their application in measuring and improving engineering efficiency, deployment performance, reliability, and delivery outcomes.\nAnnual salary between $90,000-$116,000 is being offered for the role.
