The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DocuSign APIs, templates, workflows, and system integrations, with a passion for streamlining digital agreement processes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain DocuSign eSignature and CLM solutions.\n\nCreate and manage templates, envelopes, PowerForms, and custom workflows.\n\nIntegrate DocuSign with internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, SharePoint, SAP, etc.) using REST APIs and SDKs.\n\nCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nEnsure compliance with security and data privacy standards.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to DocuSign functionality and integrations.\n\nProvide documentation, training, and support to end-users and internal teams.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of hands-on experience with DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM.\n\nProficiency in DocuSign APIs (REST, SOAP) and SDKs (Java, .NET, Node.js, etc.).\n\nExperience with OAuth, JWT, and other authentication methods.\n\nStrong understanding of document lifecycle management and digital signature workflows.\n\nExperience integrating DocuSign with platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or custom applications.\n\nFamiliarity with JSON, XML, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDocuSign Developer Certification(s).\n\nExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nExperience with other eSignature platforms is a
