Our broad approach delivers key results for our customers by achieving cloud driven modernization and workplace and operational transformation to own the business in a secure environment.\nRole: DWP Engineering Lead\nLocation: Wayzata - MN or Atlanta, GA\nRole Purpose\nProvide accountable leadership and delivery for the DWP Engineering Lead function, ensuring reliable execution, effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across the assigned technology and service scope.\nSkill Alignment\nPrimary Skills: Microsoft 365 configuration, integration leadership, identity and access controls, and upgrades for SFTP, Microsoft Teams, and related tools.\nSecondary Skills: Root-cause analysis, change management, access control, and compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the engineering roadmap and technical delivery for Microsoft 365 and associated Digital Workplace platforms.\nLead platform configuration, integration design, testing, release readiness, and production implementation.\nCoordinate upgrades for Microsoft Teams, SFTP services, and related workplace tools with minimal disruption.\nDefine access-control patterns, privileged-access practices, and platform configuration standards.\nLead root-cause analysis for major incidents and ensure corrective actions are implemented.\nEnsure changes comply with approved change-management, security, and compliance controls.\nPartner with architecture, operations, security, service management, and application teams.\nMaintain engineering documentation, operating runbooks, and knowledge-transfer materials.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\n12 to 16 years of relevant professional experience aligned with the role responsibilities and technology scope.\nDemonstrated experience in the primary and secondary skill areas listed above.\nStrong understanding of enterprise service delivery, governance, risk, and change controls.\nAbility to work across geographically distributed teams, customers, and delivery partners.\nStrong communication, documentation, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.\nKey Stakeholder Interfaces\nCustomer and business stakeholders.\nInfrastructure, engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams.\nService management, project management, commercial, and finance functions.\nTechnology vendors and delivery partners.\nSuccess Measures\nDelivery against agreed service, project, quality, and governance commitments.\nTimely management of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.\nStakeholder confidence, clear communication, and accurate reporting.\nContinuous improvement, standardization, and\nCompensation: We are offering between $95,000 - $115,000.
