You will leverage your expertise in Facets, .NET technologies, SQL Server, and healthcare payer operations to deliver scalable applications, integrations, and enhancements that support critical business functions.\nYou will be a valued member of the Healthcare Technology team and work closely with business analysts, QA teams, database administrators, architects, and client stakeholders to develop and maintain high-quality solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.\nLocation: Remote / Mason, OH (as required by project)\nWork Model: Remote\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, enhance, and support healthcare payer applications on the TriZetto Facets platform.\nDevelop and maintain .NET-based applications, APIs, interfaces, web services, and batch processes that support business operations and system integrations.\nAnalyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.\nConfigure and support Facets customizations, workflows, and integrations with upstream and downstream applications.\nDevelop SQL queries, stored procedures, data extracts, and validation scripts to support implementations and ongoing operations.\nInvestigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to minimize operational disruption.\nCollaborate with business analysts, QA teams, DBAs, and client stakeholders throughout development, testing, deployment, and release cycles.\nParticipate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment activities, and production support to ensure solution quality and performance.\nSupport system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing optimization efforts across healthcare payer platforms.\nContribute to development standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n5+ years of hands-on experience working with the TriZetto Facets platform.\nStrong experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and related frameworks.\nExtensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.\nExperience developing healthcare payer solutions and Facets integrations.\nKnowledge of EDI transactions and healthcare data exchange processes.\nStrong understanding of Facets Claims, Membership, Enrollment, Benefits, and Provider modules.\nExperience supporting batch processing, job scheduling, application monitoring, and production support activities.\nUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business users and client stakeholders.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with Facets data model architecture and database structures.\nExperience supporting Facets implementation, migration, or modernization projects.\nKnowledge of Azure cloud services and cloud-based application architectures.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps tools.\nUnderstanding of healthcare payer operations, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.\nExperience working in enterprise-scale healthcare technology environments.\nFamiliarity with API development, microservices architecture, and integration frameworks.\nExperience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.\nWork Model\nThis is a remote position. Associates will primarily work remotely while collaborating with project teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
