End User Support\nProvide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, docking stations, and peripherals.\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.\nSupport Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office Suite.\nAssist users with VPN, Wi-Fi, MFA, and access-related issues.\n2. Incident & Service Request Management\nRespond to incidents and service requests within agreed SLA timelines.\nPerform ticket triage, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.\nEscalate unresolved issues to specialized support teams with complete troubleshooting details.\nMaintain accurate ticket documentation and user communication throughout the ticket lifecycle.\n\n3. Field Services & Deskside Support\nProvide onsite support for office locations requiring physical intervention.\nCoordinate asset replacements, hardware repairs, warranty claims, and vendor visits.\nSupport workstation setups, office relocations, conference room equipment, and site-specific IT activities.\nAct as a customer-facing point of contact for onsite technical issues.\n4. Endpoint Lifecycle Management\nPerform device imaging, deployment, refresh, and decommissioning.\nInstall, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications.\nMaintain asset inventory and CMDB accuracy.\nSupport laptop provisioning and deployment activities.\nCompensation: We are offering between $64,000 - $74,000.
