You will build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance to ensure reliable and scalable solutions.\nYou will collaborate closely with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and distributed development teams to deliver high quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The role involves contributing to technical design discussions, supporting development best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle.\nThe ideal candidate will bring strong experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, source control, containerization technologies, and modern application architectures. Exposure to AI Chatbots, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Generative AI initiatives will be considered a strong advantage.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a hands on engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, contributing to innovative projects, and building scalable applications that deliver meaningful business impact.\nIn This Role, You Will\nResponsibilities:\n· Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and related technologies.\n· Build, enhance, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices that support business-critical applications.\n· Perform hands-on coding, debugging, testing, code reviews, and application performance optimization.\n· Provide technical guidance to offshore development teams by resolving technical challenges and supporting successful delivery.\n· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.\n· Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\n· Follow best practices for code quality, security, testing, and software development lifecycle processes.\n· Contribute to AI chatbot and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) initiatives when applicable.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. application development with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.\n· Strong hands-on experience in Java application development using Spring Boot.\n· Proven experience developing full-stack applications with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\n· Experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.\n· Strong understanding of software development best practices, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n· Experience with unit testing frameworks and code quality standards.\n· Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\n· Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n· Ability to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and work independently.\n· Strong communication and collaboration skills with onsite and offshore teams.\n· Experience implementing AI Chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.\n· Exposure to Generative AI technologies and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.\n· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\n· Knowledge of
