Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n8+ years of experience in full-stack application development with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.\nProven experience developing enterprise-scale applications using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nStrong hands-on experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nHands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing AI Chatbots, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, and integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).\nStrong knowledge of software development best practices, testing frameworks, code quality standards, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments with the ability to independently analyze requirements and deliver solutions.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed teams.\nExperience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience building Generative AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments.\nKnowledge of cloud-native architectures, scalable distributed systems, and modern application modernization practices.\nExperience supporting production environments and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nFamiliarity with security best practices and enterprise application governance.\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and solution strategies.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
