Candidate must be available to work onsite.\nIn this role, you will:\nImplement a content-creation framework based on ADDIE and Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction, with templates SMEs can use independently\nPublish standards and guidelines, and socialize them with SMEs and the training team\nOversee new content development and make sure it is hosted in the LMS\nUpdate existing content to align with the new framework\nEnsure all training batches run on schedule, with performance tracked and monitored\nLead weekly governance calls with global trainers to review schedules, performance, and issues\nHold regular team and leadership reviews\nCoach and develop trainers through 1:1s, observation, and growth plans\nPilot AI-assisted tools for content development and personalization\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\n5-7+ years in L&D or instructional design, including 2-3+ years in a leadership role\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nStrong knowledge of adult learning theory, curriculum development, and instructional design models\nHands-on experience with an LMS and authoring tools\nExperience leading distributed, multi-time-zone teams\nAbility to make data-driven decisions when requirements are unclear\nStrong empathy and “sense making”: turning complex information into clear direction\nThese will help you stand out:\nExperience with generative AI in content development\nFamiliarity with specific LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., [Cornerstone, Docebo, Articulate, Captivate])\nKnowledge of evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick\nFamiliarity with Malcolm Knowle’s andragogy (adult learning principles)\nWe are excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
