The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, integration, and development within the Property & Casualty insurance domain.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and enhance solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter.\nDevelop PolicyCenter business rules, workflows, validations, and product configurations.\nWork with Gosu, Guidewire Studio, PCF, and data models.\nDevelop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.\nTroubleshoot application, integration, and production issues.\nParticipate in requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.\nWork closely with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and other Guidewire developers.\nFollow Guidewire development standards and coding best practices.\nRequired Skills\nStrong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (PC).\nStrong programming experience with Gosu.\nExperience with PolicyCenter configuration and integration.\nKnowledge of Guidewire Studio, PCF, entity/data model, workflows, and business rules.\nExperience developing or consuming REST/SOAP web services.\nGood understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance concepts and policy lifecycle.\nExperience with debugging, defect fixing, and production support.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nGuidewire certification such as ACE or relevant PolicyCenter certification is preferred.\nExperience with Guidewire Cloud is an advantage.\nExperience with Guidewire integrations and APIs.\nPrior experience working on large-scale insurance transformation or Guidewire implementation projects.\nIdeal Candidate: A hands-on Guidewire PC Developer with strong Policy Center configuration/integration experience who can work effectively with both technical and business teams.\n#LI-AV1#CB#Ind123\nJobs.
