Responsibilities\nProvide remote support for desktop, laptop, and software-related issues.\nDiagnose and resolve incidents while maintaining a high standard of user support.\nSupport operating system updates, software deployments, and device configurations.\nCollaborate with infrastructure and security teams on complex technical issues.\nMaintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.\nSupport endpoint security solutions and asset lifecycle activities.\nMonitor support queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requests.\nIdentify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nExperience in Desktop Support, Service Desk, or IT Support roles.\nStrong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.\nExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user access issues.\nFamiliarity with Active Directory and ticketing systems.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Intune, SCCM, or other endpoint management tools.\nKnowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.\nITIL certification or familiarity with ITIL practices.\nScripting experience using PowerShell or similar
