Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Sunnyvale, California.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot, including the design and development of enterprise-scale backend applications and microservices.\nExperience building and supporting RESTful APIs, service integrations, and distributed systems in complex application environments.\nSolid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and high-volume transaction processing.\nKnowledge of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and architectural patterns that support scalable and maintainable solutions.\nExperience working within Agile teams and collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices, application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection principles.\nExposure to retail, supply chain, warehouse management, inventory management, order processing, or fulfillment systems.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
