This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional software engineering and emerging AI-driven development practices, helping shape the future of enterprise application delivery.\nThe ideal candidate is a strong Java developer who is passionate about modern software architecture and excited about applying Generative AI technologies to real-world engineering challenges.\nIn This Role, You Will\n· Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications, REST APIs, and microservices using Spring Boot.\n· Build and support cloud-native solutions deployed on Microsoft Azure.\n· Develop and maintain event-driven integrations and distributed systems utilizing Apache Kafka.\n· Create and optimize backend services and data-driven applications using SQL and modern software engineering best practices.\n· Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as Codex to accelerate coding, refactoring, testing, debugging, and documentation activities.\n· Design, develop, and integrate AI agents that enhance and automate software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.\n· Utilize Generative AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs), including Claude and similar technologies, to improve engineering productivity and solution delivery.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, product owners, and fellow developers, to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality software solutions.\n· Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives to promote engineering excellence and innovation.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.\n*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*\nRequired Qualifications\n· Java Microservices Development: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture, with the ability to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.\n· Cloud & Integration Expertise: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Apache Kafka, and SQL, including building cloud-ready services, event-driven integrations, and data-driven backend solutions.\n· AI-Assisted Engineering using Codex: Hands-on experience with Codex is mandatory, with the ability to apply AI-assisted development for code generation, refactoring, unit testing, debugging, documentation, and accelerating the software development lifecycle.\n· AI Agent Development for AIDLC: Ability to design, build, and integrate AI agents into AIDLC workflows to automate or augment activities across requirements analysis, development, testing, code review, documentation, and delivery.\n· Generative AI & Agentic Development: Working knowledge of Claude or similar LLM-based development tools, including prompt engineering, agentic workflows, API/tool integration, and applying GenAI responsibly within enterprise software engineering.\n· Core Skills: Java | Spring Boot | Microservices | Azure | Kafka | SQL | Codex (Mandatory) | Claude/GenAI | AI Agents | AIDLC\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nApplications will be accepted until November 22nd , 2026.\nThe annual salary for this position is between $62,000 -
