Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nEight or more years of experience in full-stack application development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and enterprise application development.\nStrong experience developing user interfaces using React.js, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nDemonstrated experience designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.\nExperience with unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, code-quality practices, Git, and continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.\nAbility to analyze business requirements, design technical solutions, work independently, and collaborate effectively with onsite and offshore teams in an Agile or Scrum environment.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience implementing AI chatbots or Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.\nExposure to generative AI technologies and Large Language Model integrations.\nExperience with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\nKnowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.\nExperience mentoring, supporting distributed teams, and leading technical discussions.\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
