The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting and may change based on business or client requirements.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.\nStrong expertise in Java 8/11/17+, AWS, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, microservices architecture, and event-driven design using RabbitMQ.\nExperience developing modern web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nProven experience building REST APIs, working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, relational databases, Git-based source control, and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience in the healthcare payer domain, including claims processing, provider networks, or member-facing platforms.\nExperience implementing CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native observability practices on AWS.\nKnowledge of application security, data protection practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience leading distributed engineering teams and mentoring developers.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or Windsurf and experience with specification-driven development practices.\nSalary and Other Compensation\n· Applications will be accepted until 11/13/2026\n· The annual salary for this position is between $86,000 to $99,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
