Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.\n8+ years of experience\nProven expertise in designing and implementing microservices architectures in large-scale environments.\nExperience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native development practices.\nDemonstrated success leading development teams, mentoring engineers, and driving technical delivery.\nExperience working within Agile Scrum delivery environments.\nStrong understanding of software engineering best practices, including code reviews, performance optimization, security, and application resiliency.\nExperience using Jira for agile planning, tracking, and delivery management.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting merchandising, retail, or other customer-facing business domains.\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Gemini Code Assist, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.\nExperience defining application architecture and driving technology modernization initiatives.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
