The role involves hands-on technical leadership, solution design, code quality governance, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices.\n· Drive modernization of legacy and monolithic applications into scalable cloud-native solutions.\n· Architect and develop RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations following best practices and security standards.\n· Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, and security across cloud environments.\n· Support CI/CD, containerization, and Kubernetes-based deployments.\n· Contribute to customer decisioning and personalization initiatives leveraging Pega platforms and emerging AI technologies where applicable.\nWork model:\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. We will always be transparent about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n· 10+ years of experience in Java application development with at least 2 years in a Technical Lead role.\n· Strong hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Security.\n· Expertise in Microservices architecture and REST API development.\n· Experience with Azure cloud services and container orchestration using Kubernetes.\n· Strong knowledge of Node.js, Angular (13-16), and modern web application development.\n· Experience leading application modernization, cloud migration, and digital transformation initiatives.\nThis will help you stand out\n· Architecture and Solution Design experience\n· Exposure to Enterprise Architecture practices\n· Pega Platform and Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is between $ 71100 to $ 112000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
