You will be a valued member of the Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) team and work collaboratively with Engineering, DevOps, and Risk & Compliance stakeholders.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Tenzai security solutions across enterprise environments\n\nDesign and implement scalable security processes to support Tenzai deployment and operational excellence\n\nDrive integration of Tenzai with existing security infrastructure, tools, and workflows\n\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement\n\nPartner with cross-functional teams to enhance overall vulnerability management and security posture\n\nWork model:\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\n8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Engineering, or a related field\n\nProven hands-on experience with Tenzai implementation, configuration, and ongoing management\n\nStrong expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale security processes\n\nDemonstrated experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams\n\nExperience integrating security tools within complex enterprise ecosystems\n\nStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams\n\nThese will help you stand out:\nExperience working within Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM) programs\n\nExposure to security orchestration, automation, and integration frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with enterprise security architectures and modern cloud environments\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset with a process-oriented approach\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights\n\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between $ 105,000 - $120,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
