In this role, you will help define the organization's data strategy by developing robust Golden Record architecture, modern data integration frameworks, and cloud-based platforms that support critical business operations and analytics.\nYou will collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, application teams, and enterprise architects to deliver high-quality master data solutions while driving innovation across cloud, search, integration, and event-driven architectures.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Design and implement enterprise-scale Master Data Management (MDM) solutions that establish trusted Golden Records across multiple data domains.\n· Define data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and stewardship processes to improve data quality, consistency, and usability.\n· Develop identity resolution, record matching, deduplication, survivorship, and data mastering strategies.\n· Architect scalable cloud-native data platforms and data integration frameworks to support operational and analytical use cases.\n· Design and implement data ingestion, Change Data Capture (CDC), event-driven, and microservices-based integration architectures.\n· Build solutions leveraging modern cloud and data technologies, including messaging, search, and analytical platforms.\n· Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures that meet business requirements.\n· Design and optimize search and discovery capabilities using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch.\n· Collaborate with healthcare business stakeholders to support provider data management, regulatory requirements, and enterprise data initiatives.\n· Drive best practices in data governance, metadata management, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
