You will work across Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, and Equipment Management modules within the Emerson Syncade MES solution.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage the ServiceNow incident queue, investigating and resolving MES issues in a timely manner.\nInitiate and implement change-control activities in accordance with site quality standards, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practice requirements.\nConfigure, test and deploy MES recipes and system changes, producing high-quality documentation that is clear and maintainable.\nCreate computer system validation documentation and perform system and integration testing in line with site procedures and project schedules.\nCollaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, recommend improvements and deliver effective MES solutions.\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nThree to five years of experience supporting IT applications, including troubleshooting, incident management, change control, design documentation, test-case development and system or integration testing.\nExperience in MES recipe authoring, ideally using Emerson Syncade.\nExperience implementing or supporting application changes within a Good Manufacturing Practice-regulated environment.\nKnowledge of programming, Visual Basic, configuration management and the deployment of developed code.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users and cross-functional teams.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience working with Electronic Batch Records, Weigh and Dispense, or Equipment Management modules.\nKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience producing computer system validation documentation within a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.\nA strong understanding of quality-control requirements within pharmaceutical production.\nThe flexibility to participate in out-of-hours support as the role evolves.\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
