24x7 event-driven and messaging solutions including Kafka Event Streaming, AMQ Enterprise Messaging, and API Management, enabling real-time data flow and API-driven integrations across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, deploy, and maintain Kafka event streaming clusters to support real-time data flows.\nOperate and support AMQ Enterprise Messaging infrastructure for reliable message delivery.\nManage API Management platforms to enable secure, governed API-driven integrations.\nEnsure 24x7 availability and performance of messaging and event infrastructure.\nMonitor message flows, queues, and topics, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.\nSupport application teams in designing event-driven and API integration patterns.\nImplement security, access control, and governance for messaging and API platforms.\nRespond to and resolve incidents affecting messaging services.\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and enterprise messaging systems (e.g. IBM MQ / AMQ).\nExperience with API Management platforms and API gateway concepts.\nUnderstanding of event-driven architecture and integration patterns.\nExperience monitoring and tuning message throughput and latency.\nScripting/automation skills for operational tasks.\nStrong troubleshooting skills within a
