You will play a key role in ensuring data solutions are reliable, secure, high-performing, and aligned with governance standards while delivering value within an Agile environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.\nBuild and optimize end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines.\nDevelop and manage Fabric Dataflows, Lakehouses, and Warehouses.\nCreate analytics-ready datasets that support reporting and business insights.\nCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.\nEnsure data quality, reliability, governance, and accessibility across the platform.\nOptimize platform performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.\nRequired Experience & Skills\nProven experience delivering data engineering solutions using Microsoft Fabric.\nStrong expertise in:Data Pipelines, Dataflows, Lakehouse, and Warehouse architecture\nETL/ELT design and implementation\nData modelling, including dimensional modelling and star schema design\nLarge-scale data processing and analytics environments\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with Python and Spark for data transformation.\nExperience with Azure data services, including:Azure Data Factory\nAzure Synapse Analytics\nAzure Data Lake\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to deliver high-quality solutions within Agile delivery teams.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience within financial services or other regulated industries.\nKnowledge of data governance, security, and performance optimization best practices.\nMicrosoft Fabric or Azure data certifications.\nWhat We're Looking For\nA hands-on Data Engineer who combines strong technical expertise with a business-focused mindset.
