You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery squads, and external partners to ensure solutions align with architecture standards, governance requirements, and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the design and delivery of scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.\nArchitect and implement Lakehouse, Medallion, semantic model, and Direct Lake solutions.\nBuild and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, data products, and analytics-ready datasets.\nDrive migration of analytics workloads from legacy platforms such as SQL Server, Alteryx, Tableau, and Cognos to Microsoft Fabric.\nEstablish best practices for governance, security, performance, and cost optimization.\nImplement CI/CD, Git-based development, and DevOps delivery practices.\nProvide technical oversight, quality assurance, and architectural guidance across delivery teams and partners.\nSupport business users through the enablement of governed self-service analytics capabilities.\nRequired Experience\nProven hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Fabric data engineering and analytics solutions.\nStrong expertise in:Data engineering and modern data platforms\nLakehouse and Medallion architecture\nData pipelines and orchestration\nPower BI, semantic models, and Direct Lake\nData governance and security frameworks\n\nProficiency in T-SQL, Python, DAX, and Git-based development practices.\nExperience implementing CI/CD, DevOps, and enterprise-scale data solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft Fabric certification (DP-700 or equivalent).\nExperience with large-scale data migration and modernization programmes.\nKnowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance frameworks.\nExperience working within financial services or other regulated environments.\nWhat We're Looking For\nYou are a hands-on, delivery-focused architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities.
