the ability to mentor other developers.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain resilient, distributed backend services using .NET 6/7/8 and C#.\nCreate scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions following SOLID principles, clean architecture, and industry best practices.\nImplement and optimize asynchronous programming patterns using async/await.\nLeverage Dependency Injection (DI), configuration management, and structured logging frameworks to build robust applications.\nConduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical mentorship to development team members.\nDesign and develop RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.\nImplement middleware, filters, model binding, validation, API versioning, and API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger.\nDevelop and maintain background processing solutions using Hosted Services and background job frameworks.\nImplement real-time communication features using SignalR.\nDesign and implement effective rate limiting, throttling, and security mechanisms to ensure application reliability and performance.\nCollaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.\nTroubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong hands-on experience with C# and .NET 6/7/8.\nDeep understanding of distributed systems, backend architecture, and software engineering best practices.\nProven expertise in:\nAsync programming (async/await)\nDependency Injection (DI)\nApplication configuration management\nLogging and monitoring\nSOLID design principles\nExtensive experience with ASP.NET Core, including:\nWeb API development\nMiddleware development\nFilters and model binding\nValidation frameworks\nAPI versioning\nOpenAPI/Swagger documentation\nExperience implementing:\nBackground jobs and Hosted Services\nSignalR-based real-time applications\nRate limiting and throttling strategies\nStrong knowledge of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.\nExperience with:\nDatabase schema design\nData modeling\nIndexing strategies\nQuery optimization and performance tuning\nSolid understanding of ORM frameworks, preferably Entity Framework Core (EF Core).\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with microservices and cloud-native architectures.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.\nExperience
