You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and support organizations to drive application reliability, performance, and modernization initiatives.\nIn this role, you will lead troubleshooting efforts for complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, guide development and enhancement activities, and help implement best practices across software engineering and operational support functions. You will also play a key role in designing and supporting cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence, microservices, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and modern API frameworks.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development expertise with technical leadership capabilities, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to mentor teams while driving high-quality delivery in both Agile and operational support environments.\nIn This Role, You Will\n· Utilize extensive experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET Core 3.5/5.0 and Entity Framework 5/6.\n· Develop and support solutions using Node.js, RESTful APIs, Web APIs, .NET Core SOAPCore, and WCF Web Services.\n· Implement and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures to build chatbot solutions for summarizing and retrieving information from enterprise document repositories.\n· Leverage Azure OpenAI, including LLMs, embeddings, GPT models, Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search components.\n· Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) solutions to support secure application access.\n· Work with cloud platforms, microservices architectures, and containerization technologies such as Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) and Kubernetes.\n· Apply strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks including NUnit, MSTest, and xUnit.\n· Design, develop, and support solutions utilizing relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.\n· Demonstrate a thorough understanding of application architecture, including web servers, application servers, databases, proxies/reverse proxies, and APIs.\n· Follow and promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) best practices.\n· Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging of complex n-tier applications.\n· Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using PingFederate or other enterprise authentication platforms.\n· Utilize modern web development technologies such as Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS.\n· Adhere to architecture governance standards and software engineering best practices.\n· Contribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle for large-scale, business-critical applications using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.\n· Understand long-term business objectives, technology roadmaps, and the incremental value delivered throughout implementation stages.\n· Translate business requirements into scalable and effective solution architecture designs.\n· Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills to address complex business and technology challenges.\n· Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through strong written and verbal communication skills.\n· Collaborate across teams while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.\n*Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future*\nRequired Qualifications\n· Bachelor's Degree required.\n· 5-10 years of experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, HTML5, and CSS.\n· 5-10 years of experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Azure OpenAI (LLMs, Embeddings, GPT models), Azure Document Intelligence, and Azure AI Search.\n· Hands-on experience with .NET Core 3.1/5.0, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, C#/.NET, and RESTful APIs.\n· Experience developing and supporting SOAP Web Services and Web APIs.\n· Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL, LINQ, and relational database development.\n· Experience with unit testing frameworks including nUnit, MSTest, and xUnit.\n· Hands-on experience with Swagger, YAML, JSON, XML/XSD, and XSLT/XPath.\n· Experience using Git and software development lifecycle best practices.\n· Knowledge of NLog/Log4Net and application logging frameworks.\n· Exposure to Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio is preferred.\n· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nApplications will be accepted until November 8th , 2026.\nThe annual salary for this position is between $50,000 -
