You will provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, mentor engineering teams, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver innovative, secure, and high-quality solutions.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong .Net and GCP expertise with technical leadership experience and a passion for driving engineering excellence in a collaborative environment.\nIn this role, you will:\n· Provide hands-on technical leadership for.NET/C# applications, APIs, and microservices deployed in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.\nPartner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with architecture and engineering best practices.\nLead the design, development, and implementation of cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout project execution.\nPartner with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nDrive engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, architecture standards, and CI/CD automation.\nDesign secure, highly available, and resilient enterprise applications.\nSupport cloud transformation, modernization, and application migration initiatives.\nIdentify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.\nPromote Agile delivery methodologies and continuous improvement practices.\nContribute to solution architecture, technical roadmaps, and strategic technology decisions.\nWork Model\nWestrive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
