observability and monitoring services using Splunk, enabling log aggregation, event correlation and tracing, metric tracking, and automated alerting across different hosted platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, deploy, and maintain the Splunk platform for log aggregation and analysis.\nConfigure event correlation, tracing, and metric tracking to support operational intelligence.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated alerting rules.\nEnsure 24x7 availability and performance of the observability platform.\nSupport IT teams in onboarding new data sources and use cases into Splunk.\nContinuously tune alerting thresholds to reduce noise and improve incident detection.\nInvestigate platform issues and collaborate with teams to resolve monitoring gaps.\nMaintain compliance with data retention and security requirements for log data.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands-on experience administering and configuring Splunk (or similar SIEM/observability tools).\nExperience with log aggregation, event correlation, and distributed tracing concepts.\nAbility to build dashboards, reports, and alerting rules (SPL proficiency).\nUnderstanding of IT infrastructure and application landscapes for effective monitoring.\nScripting skills for automation of onboarding and configuration tasks.\nStrong analytical and
