You will be a valued member of the Pega delivery team and work collaboratively with business analysts, product owners, architects, infrastructure teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality digital process automation solutions.\nIn This Role, You Will\nLead the design and implementation of Pega applications that support digital workflows, process automation, and cards and payments business operations.\n\nDevelop and optimize Pega data models, integrations, and reusable components to support scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical designs and application features.\n\nGuide team members in resolving technical challenges while promoting Pega development best practices, quality standards, and consistent delivery approaches.\n\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and enhance production applications through performance tuning, root cause analysis, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat You Need to Have to Be Considered\n6-9 years of hands-on experience as a Pega Developer, including case management, rules configuration, UI development, and process automation.\n\nStrong expertise in Pega data management, integrations, connectors, services, and enterprise integration patterns.\n\nExperience developing, deploying, and supporting Pega applications in cloud environments.\n\nExperience working within financial services, preferably supporting cards and payments business processes.\n\nStrong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.\n\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience with transaction processing, dispute management, and customer servicing workflows in cards and payments environments.\n\nExperience designing reusable Pega frameworks and enterprise-scale application architectures.\n\nExperience supporting production environments and conducting root cause analysis for complex incidents.\n\nStrong understanding of regulatory, security, and compliance requirements within financial services organizations.\n\nExperience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.\n\nCertifications\nPega Certified Lead System Architect or Pega Certified Senior System Architect preferred is a plus.\n\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
