You will be a valued member of the Digital Transformation team and work collaboratively with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to develop scalable solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Power Apps, including both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.\nBuild, enhance, and support automated business processes and workflow solutions using Power Automate.\nCollaborate with HR leaders and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.\nDevelop and maintain alerts, notifications, approval workflows, and process automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.\nSupport application lifecycle management, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives across Power Platform solutions.\nEnsure solutions follow established governance, security, scalability, and supportability standards.\nPartner with technical and business teams to identify automation opportunities and drive digital transformation initiatives.\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n7+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.\nStrong expertise in:Power Apps (Canvas Apps)\nPower Apps (Model-Driven Apps)\nPower Automate Cloud Flows\nDataverse\n\nExperience gathering business requirements and translating them into application and workflow solutions.\nExperience designing and implementing approval workflows, business process automation, and enterprise productivity solutions.\nStrong understanding of Power Platform security, governance, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience with Power BI report and dashboard development.\nKnowledge of Power Platform Administration and environment management.\nExperience implementing Power Platform Governance frameworks and best practices.\nExperience supporting Human Resources business processes and workflow automation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft ecosystem technologies.\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
