Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nProven experience leading solution architecture and delivery for enterprise-scale modernization or digital transformation programs on Microsoft Azure.\nDemonstrated ability to define and execute architecture strategies spanning applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, data, and AI.\nStrong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI.\nExperience leading complex, cross-functional teams and establishing architecture governance, standards, and reusable delivery frameworks.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to articulate business value, modernization strategies, and technical outcomes.\nThese will help you stand out\nMicrosoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and other relevant Microsoft certifications.\nExperience modernizing enterprise applications using .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.\nExpertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Container Apps, DevOps, CI/CD, microservices, and API-first architectures.\nExperience designing enterprise Azure platforms, landing zones, governance frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.\nKnowledge of Azure Data & AI services including Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, machine learning, and applied AI solutions.\nExperience delivering hybrid and multi-cloud architectures in large enterprise environments.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
