Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n18+ years of experience managing complex programs or delivery initiatives, with demonstrated experience in retail order management.\nStrong experience leading Agile and Scrum delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.\nDemonstrated expertise in program management, including program health tracking, governance, risk and dependency management, and delivery oversight.\nStrong technical knowledge of enterprise application architecture, including Java, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.\nStrong stakeholder and business relationship management capabilities, with experience working across internal and external stakeholder groups.\nExperience partnering with retail business teams to translate customer and store operations requirements into program deliverables.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience managing large-scale retail technology or order management transformation programs.\nExperience working within hybrid delivery models involving multiple business and technology stakeholder groups.\nStrong facilitation skills across program governance, executive/status reviews, risk discussions, and decision forums.\nDemonstrated ability to lead delivery teams through Agile ways of working while maintaining clear program-level governance.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.\nBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\n· Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\n· Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n· 401(k) plan and contributions\n· Long-term/Short-term Disability\n· Paid Parental Leave\n· Employee Stock Purchase Plan\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
