You will be a valued member of the project delivery team and work collaboratively with the Project Manager, engineering leads, and client stakeholders.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop and independently manage project schedules for automation and system integration projects, using tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project\nCoordinate directly with client scheduling and controls resources to align on project timelines and dependencies\nLead look-ahead, test-status, workstream, and internal coordination meetings across engineering, operations, quality, and IT/OT teams\nTrack actions, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across teams to keep projects on schedule\nSupport the project through its full lifecycle, from design through testing, commissioning, qualification, and startup, in alignment with GMP and C&Q requirements\nWork model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n8+ years of experience in OT/Automation/Controls Engineering within Life Sciences or Pharma manufacturing\nHands-on experience with DeltaV or similar DCS/automation platforms\nExperience independently developing and managing schedules for automation and system integration projects\nFamiliarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project, with the ability to coordinate directly with client scheduling and controls resources\nWorking knowledge of Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) processes and experience in GMP-regulated environments\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience as a System Integrator working with Life Sciences clients\nBackground on large capital projects, manufacturing expansions, or facility startups\nPMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification\nExperience managing multiple workstreams cross-functionally\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
