You will be a valued member of the Agile Delivery organization and will work collaboratively with Product Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Stakeholders, and Agile teams to drive successful program execution.\nIn this role, you will:\nFacilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and key SAFe ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums, PO Syncs, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.\nDrive alignment across multiple Agile teams by managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and removing impediments that impact delivery.\nTrack and communicate progress against PI objectives, delivery commitments, and program metrics to stakeholders and leadership.\nCoach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, team members, and leaders on SAFe and Lean-Agile principles to improve team performance and collaboration.\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure strategic objectives are translated into successful program outcomes.\nPromote continuous improvement, transparency, collaboration, and a culture of accountability across Agile Release Trains.\nSupport release readiness activities while ensuring alignment across business and technology teams.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nLocation: Buenos Aires, Argentina\n Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)\nWorking Hours: 8:00 AM CST to 5:00 PM CST\n Languages Required: English and Spanish Advanced \nWhat you need to have to be considered\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, software development, program management, or related disciplines.\n3+ years of experience working as a Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, or Senior Scrum Master within a SAFe environment.\nSAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification.\nHands-on experience with Agile delivery tools such as Jira, Jira Align, or Azure DevOps.\nStrong facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.\nExperience managing cross-functional teams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications in complex delivery environments.\nThese will help you stand out\nAdditional SAFe certifications such as SA, SPC, SSM, or POPM.\nExperience supporting multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) or large-scale Solution Trains.\nKnowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, and modern software delivery practices.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Professional, or similar Agile certifications.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.\nDomain experience in areas such as Financial Services, Life Sciences, Healthcare, CRM, or Enterprise Platforms.\nWhy Cognizant?\nCognizant is one of the world's leading professional services companies, transforming clients’ business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
