The position follows a hybrid work model.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and support SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling)\nGather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions\nSupport core FI processes: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (AA)\nSupport CO processes: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing\nPerform system testing, UAT support, and production deployments\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, ABAP, etc.)\nSupport month-end and year-end closing processes\nPrepare and maintain functional documentation\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field\n3+ years of experience in SAP FICO configuration and support\nStrong knowledge of:General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting\nCost Center Accounting and Profitability Analysis\n\nExperience in configuration and testing\nUnderstanding of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD)\nIntermediate English (business and technical communication)\nPreferred\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA Finance\nKnowledge of localization for Mexico (taxes, electronic invoicing CFDI)\nExperience with SAP Fiori apps\nFamiliarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies\nBasic knowledge of ABAP debugging (nice to
