The position follows a hybrid work model.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfigure and support SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions\nManage core Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:Sales Orders\nPricing and Billing\nShipping and Delivery\n\nMaintain and configure pricing procedures, condition records, and output determination\nSupport customer master data and partner functions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, ABAP, etc.)\nPerform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support deployments\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues\nSupport month-end billing and revenue processes\nCreate and maintain functional and configuration documentation\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field\n3+ years of experience in SAP SD configuration and support\nStrong knowledge of:Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes\nPricing and billing\nDelivery and shipping processes\n\nExperience with SAP configuration and testing\nUnderstanding of integration with SAP modules (FI, MM)\nIntermediate English (business and technical communication)\nPreferred\nExperience with SAP S/4HANA SD\nKnowledge of invoicing and localization requirements (e.g., electronic invoicing in Mexico -
