The role requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise endpoint management environments and the ability to troubleshoot complex deployment and imaging issues. The responsibilities are aligned with activities discussed during Sedgwick SCCM transition sessions.\nPrimary focus is on OSD/Imaging, Application Packaging & Deployment, Distribution Infrastructure, Troubleshooting, Reporting, Co-management, and SCCM Platform Administration.\nKey Responsibilities\nSCCM Infrastructure Administration\nAdminister and maintain SCCM hierarchy, site servers, management points, distribution points, and Cloud Management Gateway (CMG).\nManage RBAC roles, collections, boundaries, and boundary groups.\nPerform SCCM upgrades, client upgrades, backup, and disaster recovery activities. ,\nOperating System Deployment (OSD)\nCreate and maintain SCCM Task Sequences.\nManage Windows imaging, boot images, offline media, and driver packages.\nSupport device provisioning, hardware refreshes, and Autopilot transition initiatives.\nTroubleshoot imaging and OSD failures.\nApplication Packaging & Deployment\nPackage applications using MSI, EXE, PSADT, and PowerShell-based deployment methods.\nCreate and manage SCCM Applications, Packages, Programs, and Supersedence relationships.\nDeploy, update, repair, and retire enterprise applications through Software Center.\nWork with Patch My PC integrations and software deployment requests. ,\nSoftware Distribution & Content Management\nManage content distribution across distribution points.\nMonitor package replication and deployment compliance.\nTroubleshoot content distribution, boundary assignment, and client communication issues.\nSupport CMG-based content delivery for remote devices.
