Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n· 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.\n· Experience delivering technology solutions within financial services, banking, capital markets, fintech, or regulated government cloud environments.\n· Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, servant leadership, team facilitation, and stakeholder management.\n· Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Agile dashboards, and delivery reporting.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is between $ 68422 to $ 114000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
