Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 3 to 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Fort Mill, SC.\nThe working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\nAt least 2-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master and managing Agile projects\n\nMinimum of seven (7) years of experience working through requirements, design, development, QA and UAT testing, and implementing and delivering in release cycles to customers\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent academic achievement\n\nStrong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, by telephone, by computer, and in writing\n\nGood working knowledge of Jira\n\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience working with globally distributed teams\n\nProven ability to receive and relay detailed information through verbal and written communication\n\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
