Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs\nWhat you must have to be considered:\nConversational AI & Agentic AI Platforms (MUST)\n· AWS Lex or Any Other Deterministic Bot\n· AWS Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore\n· AWS Strands SDK / Framework\n· Voice Bot and Chat Bot development\n· Agentic AI application development and orchestration\n· Intent modeling, conversation design, prompt engineering, and NLU concepts\n· LLM application development, tool calling, function calling, and agent workflows\nCloud & Infrastructure (MUST) Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including:\n· Amazon Bedrock\n· Bedrock AgentCore\n· AWS Lambda\n· Amazon S3\n· DynamoDB\n· API Gateway\n· IAM\n· CloudWatch\n· Knowledge of secure AI/LLM deployment patterns and cloud-native agent architectures - Will be a Plus\nGenerative AI & Agent Engineering (MUST)\n· Hands-on experience building production-grade Generative AI applications using Amazon Bedrock.\n· Experience developing and orchestrating AI agents using Bedrock AgentCore and AWS Strands.\n· Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, tool integrations, and multi-agent workflows.\n· Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures(Optional)\n· Experience with prompt engineering, model evaluation, grounding, and agent performance tuning.\n· Experience securing enterprise AI agents including guardrails, prompt injection mitigation, data protection, access controls, and responsible AI controls.\n· Experience optimizing LLM agents for accuracy, latency, scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.\n· Experience monitoring and troubleshooting production AI agents and conversational AI systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\n· AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified AI Practitioner, AWS Certified AI Engineer, or equivalent.\n· Experience with multi-agent systems and advanced agent orchestration patterns.\n· Experience using AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar development accelerators (One of the tools is a MUST).\n· Experience with conversational analytics, agent evaluation frameworks, and bot performance optimization (MUST).\n· Experience implementing Responsible AI, AI governance, compliance, and enterprise AI security controls.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is between $ 90,000- $ 100,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.\nBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\nMedical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\nPaid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n401(k) plan and contributions\nLong-term/Short-term Disability\nPaid Parental Leave\nEmployee Stock Purchase Plan\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
