Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat You Need to Have to Be Considered\n6+ years of experience designing and developing native Android mobile applications.\nStrong hands-on experience with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern Android development practices.\nProven experience implementing Android architecture patterns, including MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Android Jetpack libraries.\nExperience designing scalable application navigation, data flow, state management, and reusable mobile components.\nStrong knowledge of RESTful APIs, backend integrations, data handling, error management, and secure mobile application development.\nExperience optimizing application performance, memory consumption, and responsiveness across multiple Android devices and OS versions.\nDemonstrated ability to perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and resolution of complex application and production issues.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile and cross-functional development teams.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience within the Automotive domain, including connected vehicle, infotainment, or mobility solutions.\nKnowledge of constraint management and industry-specific mobile solution design.\nExperience contributing to new product development initiatives and evaluating emerging Android technologies.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices for mobile application delivery.\nExperience documenting technical decisions, development standards, and knowledge-sharing materials.\nExposure to accessibility standards, mobile security best practices, and Google Play Store deployment processes.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between $60,300 - $95,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
