You will collaborate with onshore and offshore development, product, and quality engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.\nIn this role, you will:\nMaintain and execute automated end-to-end test scripts using Selenium and Playwright.\nDesign comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.\nPerform API, smoke, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.\nIdentify, document, and track defects through the complete defect lifecycle.\nMaintain test results, coverage reports, regression suites, and other testing documentation.\nCollaborate with onshore and offshore development and product teams to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing practices.\nWork model\nAt Cognizant, we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible, and we are here to support a healthy work-life balance through our various well-being programs. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n7+ years of hands-on experience with automated functional testing using Selenium and Playwright.\nExperience with API testing and validating service integrations.\nStrong experience developing manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.\nExperience performing smoke, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.\nKnowledge of defect management processes and the complete software testing lifecycle.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with globally distributed onshore and offshore teams.\nExperience working in an Agile or Scrum delivery environment.\nStrong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience enhancing or improving test automation frameworks.\nKnowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.\nExperience preparing test coverage reports and maintaining regression test suites.\nAbility to balance automation and manual testing based on project requirements.\nExperience working across multiple time zones in a global delivery model.\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
