You will be a valued member of the technology team and work collaboratively with development, quality engineering, architecture, and operations teams to improve software delivery and platform reliability.\nIn this role, you will:\nDevelop, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines that support fast, reliable, and automated application deployments.\nManage and support Kubernetes environments, ensuring the availability, scalability, and performance of containerized applications.\nImplement GitOps deployment practices using Argo CD to enable consistent, secure, and automated releases.\nBuild automation scripts and operational tools using Python and PowerShell.\nProvision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.\nMonitor application and infrastructure health, proactively resolving performance, deployment, and reliability issues.\nTroubleshoot production and infrastructure issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.\nApply security, compliance, and operational governance standards across DevOps platforms while maintaining technical documentation and runbooks.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n10+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.\nExperience managing Kubernetes -based container environments.\nProficiency in automation and scripting using PowerShell and Python.\nExperience with GitHub -based source control, branching, and deployment workflows.\nHands-on experience implementing GitOps practices using Argo CD.\nExperience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, application deployments, and production issues.\nKnowledge of DevOps security controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting healthcare technology platforms in a DevOps environment.\nExperience with Azure Integration Services and Azure API Management.\nKnowledge of middleware platforms and cloud-based integration architectures.\nWorking knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.\nExperience driving platform reliability, automation, and DevOps maturity initiatives.\nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
