In this role, you will partner closely with development, QA, security, and operations teams to accelerate software delivery, improve platform reliability, and ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards\nIn this role, you will:\nDesign, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure.\nAutomate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple application environments.\nManage Git repositories, branching strategies, and version control best practices.\nOrchestrate metadata and data deployments while ensuring release quality and reliability.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as ARM Templates and Terraform.\nIntegrate pipelines with security, code quality, monitoring, and compliance tools.\nCollaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.\nTroubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues and optimize performance across environments.\nEnsure adherence to DevSecOps standards, governance controls, and audit requirements.\nDocument processes and provide knowledge sharing and technical guidance to team members.\nWork model: Remote\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\n7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.\nStrong experience designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure environments.\nHands-on experience with Git version control systems and branching strategies.\nExperience orchestrating application, metadata, and data deployments across environments.\nStrong proficiency in YAML scripting for pipeline configuration and automation.\nExperience with Azure cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tools such as ARM Templates and Terraform.\nKnowledge of containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience implementing security controls, governance requirements, and compliance standards within DevOps processes.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.\nThese will help you stand out:\nAzure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.\nExperience implementing advanced DevSecOps practices including vulnerability management and automated security scanning.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools within cloud-native environments.\nExperience supporting large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered development and operations tools to improve productivity and delivery quality.\nExperience working in highly regulated industries with strict compliance and audit requirements.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
