You will bring these teams together to develop differentiated proposals, strengthen solution quality, and improve the overall competitiveness of strategic opportunities.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the pursuit lifecycle for requests for proposals and requests for information, including understanding client requirements, preparing bid plans, identifying stakeholders, coordinating reviews, developing win themes, and ensuring the completeness and competitiveness of responses.\nPartner with pursuit and solution teams to shape end-to-end solutions, develop supporting artifacts, evaluate alternative approaches, and contribute to commercial models, estimates, and pricing.\nReview and challenge proposed solutions to identify gaps across workstreams, improve quality, and bring open items to closure with the appropriate stakeholders.\nManage relationships across the pursuit ecosystem, including commercial teams, solution-design specialists, the Transition Office, Finance Planning and Analysis, the Technology Office, Business Consulting, and Professional Services.\nSupport business development through deal analytics, prospect development, reusable assets, market research, client and analyst visits, knowledge-sharing sessions, and the mentoring and coaching of team members. \nWork model\nThis role is based in Chennai, India.\nThe approved Remote, Hybrid, or Work from Office arrangement, including any required number of office days, should be added before the position is published. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n12 to 18 years of relevant experience in business development, bid management, pursuit management, presales, or solution development.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex opportunities and developing end-to-end responses to requests for proposals and requests for information.\nExperience creating bid plans, coordinating stakeholders and reviews, developing win themes, and managing proposals through completion.\nStrong understanding of solution development across Information Technology Outsourcing, digital engineering, and data and platforms implementation opportunities.\nExperience reviewing solution quality, identifying gaps across workstreams, and working with solution and service-line stakeholders to improve the completeness and competitiveness of proposals.\nKnowledge of commercial models, deal estimation, and pricing, with the ability to collaborate effectively with commercial, finance, and delivery stakeholders.\nStrong stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, and team coordination capabilities. \nThese will help you stand out\nExperience independently owning solution responses for smaller or nonstrategic opportunities.\nAbility to assess a client’s problem statement and recommend alternative solution approaches.\nExperience conducting competitor analysis, deal analytics, industry research, and market studies.\nExperience developing case studies, standardized collateral, solution artifacts, and other reusable business-development assets.\nExperience supporting client, intermediary, or analyst visits for large or complex opportunities.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor team members and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging business, domain, and technology trends. \nWe’re excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
