Senior Developer(Flutter Full-Stack)-Hybrid

Job Summary

Lead Developer role in a global organization requiring 10-15 years of experience in designing and delivering complex applications using C sharp dot Net and Java within transportation and logistics domains. The position operates in a hybrid day shift model and focuses on building scalable systems that optimize supply chain operations improve customer experience and support strategic digital initiatives across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter platform for business solutions.
• Build and integrate scalable backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot) or .NET Core/C# to support mobile applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and UX teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability across Android and iOS platforms.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers on best practices and design principles.

Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release management processes to ensure high-quality software delivery

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong proficiency in C sharp and dot Net frameworks with proven experience designing and implementing multi tier applications that support logistics workflows such as dispatch scheduling and freight management.
• Apply advanced Java programming skills to build and integrate services for transportation tracking billing and reporting functions ensuring reliability scalability and alignment with domain requirements.
• Bring deep understanding of transportation and logistics domains including shipment lifecycle carrier management and warehouse operations to create technology solutions that reflect real world constraints and operational practices.
• Utilize experience of seven to ten years in software development to plan complex tasks estimate effort and execute projects in a structured manner that meets timelines quality expectations and hybrid work arrangements.
• Exhibit capability in working with relational databases and data modeling techniques to support accurate storage retrieval and analysis of logistics and supply chain data across applications.
• Use strong problem solving and analytical skills to diagnose issues in distributed systems and logistics workflows and propose corrective measures that minimize business disruption and enhance system reliability.

Compensation & Benefits

$111,500- $150,00 per year + Cost of Living Allowance
