You will be a valued member of our technology team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative web solutions.\nIn this role, you will:\nLead the architecture, design, and development of Drupal 10/11 web applications and platforms.\nDevelop and maintain custom Drupal modules, themes, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.\nDesign and implement headless CMS solutions using modern API-driven architectures and front-end frameworks, including React.js.\nDrive application security, performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability across digital platforms.\nCollaborate with stakeholders on technical requirements, effort estimations, solution design, and proposal development.\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices using Azure DevOps.\nSupport Identity and Access Management integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions with Okta and similar platforms.\nMentor development teams and promote coding standards, architectural best practices, and technical excellence.\nWork model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n7+ years of hands-on experience with Drupal CMS, including recent experience with Drupal 10 and/or Drupal 11.\nStrong expertise in Drupal theme development using Bootstrap and Twig template customization.\nExperience developing custom modules, REST APIs, and integrations with external systems.\nExperience implementing headless Drupal architectures and working with modern front-end technologies; React.js experience is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software development lifecycle best practices.\nExperience implementing SSO solutions using Okta or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.\nStrong understanding of application security standards, compliance requirements, and performance optimization techniques.\nExperience managing Drupal multisite environments.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience designing scalable, enterprise-grade Drupal solutions.\nKnowledge of Single Directory Components (SDC).\nExperience creating High-Level Designs (HLDs) and solution architecture documentation.\nExperience with AWS cloud services and Docker containerization.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nProven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and manage cross-functional teams.\nExpertise using performance analysis tools such as Google Lighthouse.\nFamiliarity with Generative AI tools and practical enterprise use cases.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
