Rest assured, we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n10+ years of strong hands-on experience with manual testing, functional testing, and test automation.\nDemonstrated experience building and maintaining web UI automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java.\nHands-on experience developing feature files and automated scenarios using Cucumber/BDD.\nStrong experience with REST API testing and API automation using REST Assured with Java.\nExperience developing, enhancing, and maintaining test automation frameworks.\nProficiency with TestNG or JUnit, Maven, and Git.\nExperience executing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.\nWorking knowledge of Jenkins or comparable continuous integration and continuous delivery tools, along with SQL and database validation.\nStrong analytical, debugging, defect-analysis, and problem-solving skills.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting quality engineering initiatives within the retail or eCommerce domain.\nExperience integrating automated test suites into Jenkins or another CI/CD pipeline.\nExperience validating complex data flows across user interfaces, APIs, databases, and integrated systems.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders in an enterprise delivery environment.\nExperience identifying opportunities to expand automation coverage and improve testing efficiency.\nSalary and Other Compensation:\nThe annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.\nThis position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.\nBenefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:\n· Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance\n· Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off\n· 401(k) plan and contributions\n· Long-term/Short-term Disability\n· Paid Parental Leave\n· Employee Stock Purchase Plan\nDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
