Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWork Authorization\nCandidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n6+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Java development and object-oriented programming principles.\nHands-on experience developing microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.\nStrong experience building modern web applications using Angular and/or React.\nProven experience designing and securing RESTful APIs using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and OpenAPI/Swagger.\nStrong knowledge of relational databases, SQL optimization, and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate/JPA.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience with CI/CD tools, source control systems, automated testing frameworks, and Agile delivery methodologies.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience supporting applications within the Banking and Financial Services industry.\nKnowledge of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.\nExperience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar DevOps tools.\nStrong troubleshooting and performance tuning capabilities.\nExperience working in fast-paced enterprise Agile environments.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nSalary Transparency\nOntario Pay Transparency\nThe annual base salary for this position is expected to be between CAD $60,300- CAD $95,500, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
