You will be a valued member of the Software Engineering team and work collaboratively with product teams, infrastructure teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore support teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of business-critical applications supporting The TJX Companies, Inc.\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport and maintain business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and service reliability through effective incident, problem, and change management processes.\nMonitor application performance and health using Splunk, Azure monitoring tools, and logging solutions, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent fixes.\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy enhancements for .NET, C#, Blazor applications, APIs, and cloud-based integrations.\nConfigure, optimize, and secure Azure services including API Management, Functions, App Services, Application Gateway, Azure SQL, Event Grid, Event Hub, Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Redis Cache.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, coordinate releases, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in code reviews, change reviews, testing activities, and release readiness efforts to ensure application stability and quality.\nProvide on-call support, including occasional evening or weekend coverage, to ensure timely resolution of production incidents.\nPartner with global team members to share knowledge, improve operational processes, and deliver exceptional client outcomes.\nWork Model\nWe strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered\n7+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, and production support environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with .NET Framework, C#, and Blazor development.\nExpertise working with Microsoft Azure services, including API Management, Functions, App Service, Azure SQL, Event Grid, Event Hub, Data Factory, Blob Storage, Key Vault, and Redis Cache.\nExperience with Splunk, Azure Monitor, logging frameworks, and application performance monitoring tools.\nStrong understanding of ServiceNow and IT service management processes including incident, change, and problem management.\nExperience developing and supporting APIs, integrations, and cloud-native applications.\nWorking knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and software architecture principles.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.\nThese will help you stand out\nExperience in retail or consumer goods industry environments.\nKnowledge of UX design principles, usability testing, and user-centric application development.\nExperience with AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) and cloud security best practices.\nExperience creating operational metrics, dashboards, and service performance reports.\nPassion for continuous improvement, automation, and emerging technologies.\nApplications will be accepted until December 5, 2026.\nSalary Transparency (Canada)\nThe annual salary for this position is anticipated to be between CAD $60,300 and CAD $95.500, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
