The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Guidewire testing and a strong Property and Casualty Insurance background. You will perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing across Guidewire modules to ensure seamless system functionality, identify defects, and validate integrations to deliver high-quality insurance solutions.\nIn this role, you will\nDesign, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications.\n\nPerform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing of Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center.\n\nAnalyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test scenarios.\n\nCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.\n\nDevelop Policy Center & Billing Center configuration/Integration test scenarios & test cases.\n\nAoordinate with Offshore, Onshore, and other stakeholders to complete the deliverables.\n\nTrack and report defects using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Client ALM, Azure DevOps).\n\nActively engage in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.\n\nWork model:\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWhat you need to have to be considered:\nOverall, 6 to 10 years of IT experienced focussed on QA in P&C insurance domain and Guidewire testing.\n\nStrong knowledge of Policy Center lifecycle and workflows.\n\nMust to have Guidewire certification completed.\n\nMust have hands on automation knowledge, BDD Cucumber.\n\nGood hands-on experience on Test Case design, Test Execution, Test Planning, Defect Logging, and tracking.\n\nGood Knowledge in JIRA,JTMF testing tools.\n\nGood experience in Agile and well versed in standard QA processes.\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps) to integrate automation into the development lifecycle.\n\nThese will help you stand out\nWorking experience in offshore / onshore delivery model.\n\nKnowledge/experience on automation framework design and maintenance\n\nIn-depth understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain concepts and the specific functionalities of Guidewire Claim Center, PolicyCenter and BillingCenter.\n\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways. The base salary for this position ranges between CAD 60,000 - 90,000 per year. Where the successful candidate may fall within the range depends on relevant education, work and/or management experience and other business-related and job-necessary qualifications.
