You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React JS, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure technologies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver business-critical applications.\nDevelop and support microservices-based architectures and event-driven systems that enable high-performance and resilient applications.\nBuild and optimize RESTful APIs, database solutions, and application integrations to support enterprise platforms.\nConduct code reviews, provide technical guidance to team members, and promote engineering best practices.\nTroubleshoot complex application issues and implement performance tuning and optimization strategies.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure application security, data protection, and adherence to enterprise development standards.\nWork Model\nWe believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations.\nWork Authorization\nPlease note that this position is not eligible for visa transfer or sponsorship now or at any time in the future.\nWhat You Need to Have to Be Considered\n6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.\nStrong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.\n Hands-on experience designing and implementing Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).\nExperience building scalable, highly available, and distributed enterprise applications.\nProficiency in RESTful APIs, Kafka, messaging frameworks, and microservices best practices.\nExperience with React JS, JavaScript, and modern front-end development practices.\nStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.\nThese Will Help You Stand Out\nExperience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-native application development.\nKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment frameworks.\nExperience working within Banking and Financial Services environments.\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience mentoring junior developers and contributing to engineering excellence initiatives.\nWe're excited to meet people who share our mission and can make an impact in a variety of ways.
